Am I doing the right thing at the gym to lose weight?
Thursday, April 30th, 2009I’m going to the gum about 5 days a week. I do about 35 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and two days a week I do about 20 minutes of strength training on upper body and lower body. I feel like I’m not spending enough time at the gym sometimes, but I feel great and I have a lot of energy and I’m losing weight at a steady pace.
