Okay, I’m 18 and I wan’t to know if I’m doing this new routine smartly. I’ve heard that it’s best to give 24hours rest from some exercise in order to let your muscles grow. I don’t know if what I’m doing is too frequent and not allowing enough time. I do this routine every day, twice a day in the morning and at night. In my basement I do approx 10 reps Barbell Biscep Curls, 12 reps Upright Barbell Curl, and 20 Bench Dips. All in that order and i repeat that order 3x. I do that order 3x in the morning and 3x at night. However, I also go to the gym every second day. There i do weightlifting as well with ab exercises. So should I be altering my “at home” exercise routine in order to give my muscles more time to grow, rather than risk straining myself?? Or maybe stop doing weights at the gym and just focus on abs while doing weights at home ? Or just keep my routine?
